ARRIVE
1 - INTENTION SETTING
a) Body Scan
b) Stating Your Intention
c) Define the #1 Thing that if you do, will change everything today

2 - POSTURAL PRESENCE
a) Grounding through the feet
b) Resting onto your Back Body
c) Lifting through the crown
​
3 - BREATH ACTIVATION
a) Relax your nostrils to follow your inhalation
b) Allow your heart space to expand in all directions
c) Blow the straw to activate the lower abdomen
​
MOVE
1 - FOOT WORK + TWIST
5 Rounds on each side - use the wall
​
2 - LUNGE + PUSH FORWARD
5 Rounds on each side - lift and open chest on inhalation
​
3 - SQUAT + PULL UP
10 Rounds - hips back and cactus arms on exhalation
b) Allow your heart space to expand in all directions
c) Blow the straw to activate the lower abdomen

CENTER
1 - BREATH OF FIRE
3 Rounds of 15 breaths - followed by lion's breath: open jaw and stretch tongue
​
2 - HUMMING MEDITATION
10 Rounds - soft inhale, exhale with lips shut and mouth wide open vibrating the center of the head
​
3 - STILLNESS
Observe the effects of the practice for as much time as you would like
