In the deep dive, João crafts their therapeutic experience specifically to your needs and issues, drawing from an array of healing lineages. You will receive hands on work blending Thai, lymphatic, and other modalities. João will also develop a tailor-maid movement meditation short routine that you will learn and take home to complement the hands-on work you received and support you in integrating the benefits of this session.
