Service Description

This 1-on-1 session entails: - a thorough assessment of your breath patterns and capacity - a pranayama routine designed specifically for you (style, length, frequency, etc) - an audio recording of the practice for you to keep (when requested prior)

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for rescheduling or cancellations done within 24 hours of service. Deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the session due to pool rental cost. Any refunds include a 10% admin fee.
