What is Aguahara?

What people are saying

"Aguahara changed my life, my relationship with water, surrender and trust. I didn't realize how much I was holding until I fully allowed myself to be held. This practice has flowed into other aspects of my life and informed my intention to be more like water."

- Martin, 2019 graduate

"Taking my Aguahara training was one of the most profound experiences in my somatic journey.   It revolutionized my relationship with the waters within and around me, and gifted me tools to regulate my nervous system as well as the honor and pleasure of offering that to others. I would highly recommend it!"

- João, 2018 graduate
